Sarah has been on her own fitness journey for over 9 years.  She was certified through ISSA for 2 years and is now certified through NASM over the last year and a half.  Sarah will help you get the results that you are looking for through a sustainable approach. 

Customized Workouts & Nutrition

Customized workouts and nutrition through my easy to use app. Track workouts and nutrition with ease.  If you choose to include nutrition you will have access to recipes, meal plan ideas, and the tracking portion of the app. If you choose workouts you will have access to a customized workout plan based on your goals and video demonstrations.

Personal Training

Ready to Get Moving?

Burn Barn offers in person personal training and virtual personal training.  Training sessions can be done from at your home or you can train out of Burn Barn (Sarah's home gym). Sessions last from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
