I started working on a new guide focused on weight loss. My goal was to have it completed by April but life's been busy. I have been working my butt off to get this guide finished up and it is finally finished! I have spent so much time and energy putting this guide together, I know you will love it!


This guide specifically focuses on weight loss! The guide will take you through 3 different workout phases and cardio phases specifically geared toward weight loss.


The 8 Week Slim Down Guide will help you learn how to sustainably lose weight and get ready for the summer season!


The Guide Includes:

  • 4 Workouts per week, 30 Minutes-1 Hour Each
