Cheesy Beef Quesadilla

Although, I'm not technically prepping my meals this week, I did make a pound of ground beef to make things a little easier for my meals. One of the meals I'm making with it is a Cheesy Beef Quesadilla.
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef (I used 90/10 because it was on sale)
1/4 tsp of Onion Powder
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
dash of salt
50 grams of fat free cottage cheese
2 flour tortillas
28 grams of fat free cheddar
Directions:
Cook ground beef, season with onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Drain excess fat, set aside.
In a bowl, mix 100 grams of ground beef, 50 grams of cottage cheese, and 28 grams of fat free cheddar together.
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray, place down tortilla, and top with cheesy beef mixture. Top with additional tortilla.
Once cheesy beef mixture is melted, carefully flip over quesadilla. Cook for another 1-3 minutes

Fat: 17 grams
You can definitely lighten this up by using a leaner beef! I also used Carb Balance flour Tortillas, which are lower calorie.
