Cable Hammer Curls w/ Rope: 3 x 15
High Curls w/Band: 3 x 15
Bench Press: 4 x 10
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 x 15
Dumbbell Flyes: 3 x 15
Hitchhikers: 3 x 15
