Chest, Lats, and Traps

For the last month or so my knee has been bothering me. I have been definitely taking it easy on leg days. I will be posting one soon however!


Workout:

Pull-ups: 3 x failure


Incline Bench Press: 3 x 15


Dumbbell Flyes: 3 x 15


Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 3 x 15


Bench Press: 3 x 15


Barbell Shrugs: 3 x 15


Workout Fit:

Sports Bra: Fabletics

Joggers: Kyodan (super soft)

Shorts: Ryderwear
