Chow Mein Hot Dish

Chow Mein Hot Dish



Here is a super quick and easy recipe to meal prep! Try it out!


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 3-4 stalks of celery, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 can of tomato soup

  • 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

  • Chow Mein Noodles


Instructions:

1. Brown ground beef, onion, and celery. Drain.

2. Add corn, soup, and seasonings. Mix together and simmer.

3. Add to a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. Stir in about 3/4 cup of chow mein noodles.

5. Let cook for another 5 minutes.

6. Top with more chow mein noodles when you serve.

7. Enjoy!

Makes about 8 servings! For this recipe I do not know the exact nutrition content. When tracking I find something similar to use.
