Ham, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Sandwich

One thing that makes counting macros easy for me is having basically the same breakfast everyday! I have had the same breakfast almost everyday for over a year.

I have been using the Carbon Diet Coach app to track my macros on and off for a couple of years. It's the BEST macro tracking app! It adjusts your macros based on your goals and your compliance. It allows you to meet your goals while still enjoying your favorite foods.


  • 1 Slice Natural Choice Pecanwood Smoked Brown Sugar Ham by Hormel (I sometimes switch up the flavor of ham)

  • 1 Honey Wheat Bagel by David's Deli (I sometimes switch up the flavor)

  • 124 grams of egg whites (I adjust this based on how much protein I need to get in)

  • 1 Slice of Velveeta Cheese by Kraft

  • **I usually also have a whole egg but I ran out


  • 12 oz. Iced Coffee Medium Roast by Starbucks

  • 13 grams of Whipped Cream

  • .5 tsp of Cinnamon


  1. Toast Bagel

  2. Scramble egg whites in a skillet

  3. Heat ham in the same skillet

  4. Assemble sandwich

  5. Enjoy!


Calories: 368

Protein: 28 grams

Carbs: 48 grams

Fat: 6 grams
