Hawaiian BBQ Chicken


Tried a new crock pot recipe and it was delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Chicken Breasts

  • 2 cups of Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce

  • 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 green pepper, chopped


Instructions: 👩🏼‍🍳

  1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot, making sure that the chicken breasts are completely coated and covered.

  2. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.

  3. Take out chicken and place in mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to shredded chicken.

  4. Return chicken to the crock pot and stir.

  5. Serve on a bun and Enjoy!
