Hawaiian Pizza Chicken Breast

๐Ÿ Does pineapple belong on ... chicken?! ๐Ÿ

Heck yes it does!

Tonightโ€™s meal prep was Hawaiian Pizza Chicken Breasts! I love Hawaiian Pizza but who thought that those toppings would taste as good on chicken breasts!

Ingredients ๐Ÿ•

  • 2.5 lbs of chicken breasts

  • 1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup of reduced fat mozzarella

  • 3/4 pizza sauce

  • 6 slices of Canadian bacon (quartered)

  • 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits

  • 32 grams of black olives (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp of Parmesan (optional as topping)

  • Red pepper flakes (optional topping)

Instructions: ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add to baking dish.

3. Bake chicken for about 20 minutes.

4. Top chicken with pizza sauce, cheese, Canadian bacon, pineapple, and black olives. Return to oven for about 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken has reached 165 degrees.

5. Serve and enjoy.
