Homemade Pretzels

TikTok made me do it! I saw this recipe pop up on TikTok and had to try it. Although actually very easy to make they are also not super low in calories making them a nice treat!
Ingredients:
125 grams of flour
210 grams of plain greek yogurt
2 Tbsp of baking powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix flour and greek yogurt together and knead into dough.
Split into 2. Form into pretzels (or whatever shape you want, I struggled making a pretzel shape as you can see haha)
Add baking powder into boiling water and submerge each pretzel in the water for 10 seconds.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and bake pretzels for 20 minutes.
Enjoy!

* I sprinkled one with cinnamon sugar and the other with sea salt.
