Lasagna

Last week I made a quick and easy Lasagna. I would only make one change. The recipe called for nutmeg. I personally would not use that in the future.
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) can of crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 beef bouillon cube
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of skim milk
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
10 to 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees,
2. Brown beef with onion in large skillet. Drain.
3. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, bouillon cube, basil, garlic, and salt and pepper, mix well. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and blend well.
5. Whisk in milk to the butter and flour mixture. Cook until thickened, whisking constantly. Add in mozzarella. Cook until cheese melts and is smooth.
6. Stir in nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
7. Pour half of the cheese mixture into an 8x12 inch dish. Arrange half of the noodles on top of mixture. Cover with the beef mixture. Add remaining cheese mixture, noodles, and beef mixture. Top with parmesan.
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand before serving.
9. Enjoy!
