Super quick leg day workout! Workouts do not have to be long in order to be a good one!
Workout:
Superset 1:
Squats: 3 x 10
Jump Squats: 3 x 10
Superset 2:
Lying Leg Curls: 3 x 15
Single Leg Deadlift: 3 x 20
Reverse Lunges: 3 x 20
