Lower Body Workout

Workout:
Superset 1:
Squats: 4 x 10
Jump Squats: 4 x 10
Superset 2:
Walking Lunges: 4 x 12
Step-Ups: 4 x
Superset 3:
Lying Hamstring Curls: 4 x 12
Note: The heaviest dumbells I own are 35 lbs. Which for the lying hamstring curls are becoming too light. I invested in some weighted clips from July Body to add additional weight to my 35 lb dumbbell. They add 2.5 lbs! Which is perfect! Check them out!

Jumping Lunges: 4 x 10
