Mexican Breakfast Pizza


The other day I ran out of bagels and had a few things to use up from my meal prep. So I decided to make a breakfast pizza!


Ingredients:

  • 1 whole egg

  • 140 grams of egg whites

  • 2 slices of sliced ham

  • 37 grams of refried beans

  • 19 grams of fat free shredded cheddar

  • 1 low carb tortilla


Directions:

  1. Heat tortilla.

  2. Scramble whole egg and egg whites.

  3. Spread refried beans on tortilla, top with scrambled eggs, ham, and shredded cheddar.

  4. Enjoy!
