Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

This meal prep is so darn good and so easy!


This recipe was inspired by the Lightened up Olive Garden Chicken Pasta! (Recipe from of course www.pounddropper.com )



Ingredients:

🐤 1.5 lbs of chicken breast or tenderloins

🐤 16oz of light Olive Garden Italian dressing

🐤 28g of grated Parmesan cheese

🐤 54g of sun dried tomatoes, chopped

🐤 8oz of light cream cheese

🐤 1 box of whole wheat pasta (you could also use banza chickpea pasta)


Directions:

1. Add all ingredients except pasta into a slow cooker. Cover.

2. Cook on low for about 5 hours.

3. Shred chicken, and cook pasta.

4. Combine!


Yes, it’s seriously that easy!!


This recipe made about 8 servings. With my ingredients each serving in my recipe turned out to be 494 calories, 36.9 protein, 47.5 carbs, 18.7 fats.


Pair with a side salad or eat alone!
