Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

This meal prep is so darn good and so easy!

This recipe was inspired by the Lightened up Olive Garden Chicken Pasta! (Recipe from of course )


๐Ÿค 1.5 lbs of chicken breast or tenderloins

๐Ÿค 16oz of light Olive Garden Italian dressing

๐Ÿค 28g of grated Parmesan cheese

๐Ÿค 54g of sun dried tomatoes, chopped

๐Ÿค 8oz of light cream cheese

๐Ÿค 1 box of whole wheat pasta (you could also use banza chickpea pasta)


1. Add all ingredients except pasta into a slow cooker. Cover.

2. Cook on low for about 5 hours.

3. Shred chicken, and cook pasta.

4. Combine!

Yes, itโ€™s seriously that easy!!

This recipe made about 8 servings. With my ingredients each serving in my recipe turned out to be 494 calories, 36.9 protein, 47.5 carbs, 18.7 fats.

Pair with a side salad or eat alone!

You seriously NEED to try this one!!
