Who says you can't get a workout in anywhere?
Here is a workout I did this summer while camping! I came prepared with a set of bands and a few weights.
Standing Shoulder Press: 3 x 15
Bent Over Flyes w/ Band: 3 x 15
Splitters w/Band: 3 x 15
Lying Leg Curls: 3 x 25
Hip Adductions: 3 x 15
Hip Abductions: 3 x 15
