Personal Training and Nutrition Packages

The Plans:

Package 1: Custom Nutrition Coaching $30/month

Are you sick of dieting? Are you looking to lose weight, maintain, or build muscle? Want to meet your goals in a sustainable way that you could see yourself doing long term?


Custom Nutrition Coaching is for you then! This package includes weekly check-ins, meal suggestions/ideas, cooking tips, nutrition advice, and the tools to help you meet your nutrition goals sustainably and become successful on your own!


Each plan is customized to you. That means it may be based on a suggested meal plan, macronutrient tracking, or the style that works for you. After each weekly check-in we will make changes as needed to help you meet your goals.


Package 2: Custom Workout Plan $75/month

Do you feel lost at the gym? Not sure where to begin with putting together a workout? Unsure if you are correctly performing an exercise? Not sure if the exercises are the right ones to meet your goals?


That is where this plan comes into play! This plan includes weekly check-ins, a custom workout program to meet your individual goals with, 1 free in-person/virtual training session a week, a custom cardio plan, and additional in-person/virtual training sessions can be added at a discount.


Each workout plan is customized to you. That means that you will have between 2-5 workouts a week depending on your goal. The plan will also include modifications of exercises as needed.


Package 3: Custom Workout and Nutrition Coaching $125/month

Ready to make your goals a reality?


This plan includes 1-2 check-ins each week, 1 video check-in per month, custom nutrition coaching, custom workout program to meet your goals, 1 free in-person/virtual training session a Week, macronutrient adjustment as needed, exercise adjustments as needed, daily texting as needed, custom cardio plan, and additional in-person/virtual training sessions can be added at a discount.


This plan is a combination of the two other plans and is the best deal! This package gives you the most accountability and allows for the best results!
