Protein French Onion Dip

The other day I really wanted a dip for my salt and vinegar potato chips. I love dipping them in Top The Tator, but I was out. So I started thinking what could I use instead. For those who don't know, Top The Tator is sour cream with onions and chives.


Well, I didn't have sour cream but I did have plain greek yogurt. Which I have used as a sour cream alternative in the past.


So I decided to mix greek yogurt with onion powder, garlic powder, and salt (I didn't have any chives) and it turned out tasting like french onion dip!


Ingredients:

  • 170 grams of Oikos Pro Plain Greek Yogurt

  • Dash of salt

  • 1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp of Onion Powder


Directions:

  1. Mix 170 grams of plain greek yogurt, a dash of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder together.

  2. Enjoy!

Protein: 25 grams

Carbs: 6 grams

Fat: 3.6 grams
