Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli with Amaretto Butter Sauce


Happy Fall Y'all! It's Pumpkin Season!


I've recently started shopping at Aldi (I know I am late to the game). I have found some really great finds there.


One of my favorite finds so far has been their Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli! It's delicious and so easy to whip together.


Instructions:

1. Boil 4 quarts of water, then reduce heat.

2. Gently boil ravioli for 4 minutes.

3. Drizzle amaretto sauce on top.

4. Enjoy


Amaretto butter Sauce:

.5 oz Amaretto

1 Tbsp of butter

15 grams of stevia powdered sugar


Instructions:

1. Melt butter.

2. Add amaretto and sugar stir until sugar has dissolved.

3. Pour of cooked ravioli. Top with a dash of cinnamon (optional).



Nutrition:

Whole package of ravioli and sauce.

Calories: 758

Protein: 34 grams

Fat: 25 grams

Carbs: 104 grams
