Shredded Chicken Tacos

One of my go to meal prep recipes has been shredded chicken! It is so easy to make in the instant pot. You can check out the recipe for the shredded chicken here.
For the first week back to school last week I used the shredded chicken to make tacos and wraps (buffalo chicken).
For my tacos:
I heated 1 red pepper hummus protein tortilla (bought at Aldi), and added roughly 86 grams of shredded chicken. I topped with lettuce and Piña Dañada Hot Sauce from Sam Sa'house! I found this small batch hot sauce at my local farmer's market but you can find it on his website. So tasty!
