Here's a new series! THIS OR THAT Thursday! This week I'm building off of my Tip Tuesday with a Fair Edition.

Here are a few healthier options that can often be found at a fair or another outdoor event!
Here are a few examples of what you can eat and estimated macronutrients for each item.

Here's a reminder however, it is OKAY to treat yourself! I am not telling you absolutely do not eat the 4 things at the bottom, but I am reminding you to be mindful of the choices that you make. A very restrictive diet is not sustainable and no fun! Just remember to be mindful and keep yourself accountable.
I still try to track my foods when I eat at the fair. Am I going to meet my macros? Probably not but it helps me stick to my routine.
