If you are looking to lose weight here is 1 method that may help!
3-2-1 Method for Weight Loss:
3. Drink 3 Bottles of Water A Day
The first thing is to have 3 bottles of water each day! Whether it is a liter, 2 liters, or 16 ounces., 3 bottles. That simple.
The goal with this method is to help you get started. If you have never had a water intake goal there is no need to get meticulous about it. Focus on the number 3 and work on simply drinking more water.
Drinking water helps you stay full, avoid extra calories, and also helps you stay energized.

2. Eat 2 Pieces of Fruit A Day
The second thing is to eat 2 pieces of fruit each day. I don't care if it's strawberries, bananas, watermelon, or oranges. Eat 2 pieces of fruit.
Fruits are a great source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Fruits are also low in calories and taste delicious!

1. Eat 1 Big A** Salad A Day
Lastly, eat 1 BIG A** Salad a day! I don't care what you put in it, just make sure it is full of veggies!
I personally love the salad kit bags that they sell at grocery stores. They are so easy and so delicious. If you want to take it a step further, add some protein to the salad!

These 3 things may seem very simple but they do help, especially if you don't know where to start.
