My 10 Fitness Rules




Going in to the new year sometimes it can be difficult to navigate what you should do to reach your fitness goals. Above are my top 10 fitness rules.


Did you notice the things I didn't list?


I didn't list:

  • Detox Tea

  • Supplements

  • Waist Trainers

  • Juice Cleanses

  • Keto

  • Fat Burners

  • HIIT

  • BCAA's

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Intermittent Fasting

  • Highly Restrictive Diets


You do not need these things in order to see progress!


Notice my top 10 list includes things that you can do without having to pay someone an absurd amount of money? Whereas, most of the list of things I do not recommend often involve paying someone money.


You do not need to spend tons of money in order to reach your goals.


Keep it simple.
