Superset 2:

Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press: 4 x 10

Rolling Tricep Extensions: 4 x 10


Superset 3:

Tempo Shoulder Press: 6 x 8

Ball Slams: 6 x 10


Core:

Russian Twists: 3 x 20

Dumbbell V-Sit Cross Jab: 3 x 20

Hanging Oblique Knee Raise: 3 x 10
