During this workout I tested my 1 Rep Max for bench. I used a spotter, thanks Babe!


Workout:

Chest Press: 1 x 10, 1 x 5, 1 x 3, 1 x 3, 1 x 1, 1 x 1, 1 x 1, 1 x 1

Seated Cable Rows: 1 x 15, 1 x 12, 1 x 8, 1 x 4


Decline Bench Press: 3 x 15


Lat Pulldown: 1 x 15, 1 x 3, 1 x 5


Incline Bench Press: 3 x 15


Upright Row: 3 x 15
