**Well ladies and gentlemen, I did not record this workout. So I pieced together videos from previous workouts as a demonstration.


Workout:

Superset 1:

Seated Cable Rows: 3 x 10


One-Arm Dumbbell Rows: 3 x 8


Superset 2:

Lat Pulldown: 3 x 10


Single-Arm Lat Pulldown: 3 x 8


Superset 3:

Cable Bicep Curls: 3 x 12


Preacher Curls: 3 x 13
