Lat Pulldown: 3 x 10


Face Pulls: 3 x 10


Superset 3:

Seated Cable Rows: 3 x 10


Inverted Row on TRX: 3 x 15


Superset 4:

Rolling Triceps Extensions: 3 x 10


Skullcrushers: 3 x 10


Superset 5:

Tricep Extension on TRX: 3 x 10


Triceps Pushdown: 3 x 12
