Quads & Hamstrings Workout

Here we go! Leg days are starting to feel good for me! I have never really enjoyed leg days because they seem so much harder to me than upper body day. Lately however, I have actually been enjoying them!
Workout:
Superset 1:
Squats: 4 x 6
Jump Squats: 4 x 10
Superset 2:
Lying Leg Curls: 4 x 15
Side Lunges: 4 x 6
Superset 3:
Step-ups: 4 x 12
Skaters: 4 x 10
Superset 4:
Walking Lunges: 4 x 12
Reverse Lunges: 4x 12
