Workout:

Pull-ups: 3 x failure


Shoulder Press: 3 x 8


Front Raise: 1 x 8


Hammer Front Raise: 1 x 8


Front Raise to Lateral Raise: 1 x 8


Barbell Shrugs: 4 x 10


Hitchhiker: 4 x 8
