Upper Body Workout

I've been doing a lot of supersets lately. Supersets add volume into a short amount of time. This gives your muscles less time to rest, forcing them to adapt and grow. Supersets also help burn fat so you are burning more calories, along with building muscle.
Workout:
Superset 1:
Bench Press: 4 x 6
Plyo Push-Up: 4 x 10
Option 1:
Option 2:
Superset 2:
Incline Bench Press: 4 x 8
Ball Slams: 4 x 10
Superset 3:
Shoulder Press: 4 x 6
Kettlebell Swings: 4 x 10
Superset 4:
Triceps Pushdown: 4 x 6
Rolling Triceps: 4 x 10
