Ball Slams: 3 x 10


Superset 4:

Cable Rows: 3 x 10


TRX Inverted Rows: 3 x 12


Superset 5:

Triceps Pushdown: 3 x 14


Standing Tricep Extension: 3 x 10


Core:

Hanging Leg Raise 3 x 15
