Seated Cable Row: 3 x 10



Barbell Shrugs: 3 x 12


Superset 3:

Inverted Row on TRX: 3 x 16


Ball Slams: 3 x 10


Superset 4:

Triceps Pushdown: 3 x 15


Bench Dips: 3 x 15



Core:

Plank: 1 x 1:30
